This Shipping & Returns Policy applies to all purchases made through the PeptaVerse website operated by PeptaVerse Science LLC (“PeptaVerse,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this policy.
PeptaVerse Science LLC is committed to processing and shipping research products securely and efficiently. Orders are processed in the order they are received and are typically prepared for shipment within the timeframe communicated at checkout, excluding weekends and holidays.
Products are carefully packaged to help protect their integrity during transit. Shipping methods, estimated delivery timeframes, and applicable shipping charges are displayed during checkout, where available.
Once an order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation and tracking information will be provided when available. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier operations, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of purchase. PeptaVerse Science LLC is not responsible for delays, returned shipments, or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If a package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to review the shipment and determine the appropriate next steps.

Due to the nature of our research products, PeptaVerse Science LLC does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been processed and shipped, except where required by applicable law.

If you receive an incorrect item or your order arrives damaged, notify us promptly after delivery. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, work with you to provide a suitable resolution.
Orders may only be cancelled before processing begins. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
